Bloom Membership
Includes everything in Root, plus:
- Six fertilizer applications, including grub control
- Landscape Bed Renewal Annual refresh with dyed mulch, crisp edging, and pre-emergent weed control
- Two scheduled shrub prunings
- Complimentary full-property tick and mosquito application
Thrive Membership
Includes everything in Root and Bloom, plus:
- Weekly bed detailing and weeding
- Seasonal flower installation (spring and fall)
- Fall core aeration and overseeding
- Complimentary tick and mosquito applications (two per season — $198 value)
- Dedicated service manager check-ins
Estate Membership
White-glove landscape and property care Includes all services from Root, Bloom, and Thrive, plus elevated oversight and premium property services for estate-scale homes.

Customized Memberships
Memberships may be tailored to meet individual property needs, provided that the Root membership remains the required foundation. This structure allows flexibility while maintaining consistent service quality, predictable scheduling, and long-term landscape performance.
Memberships are available with 9-month or 12-month payment schedules, allowing larger seasonal services to be budgeted comfortably while maintaining uninterrupted care.

While residential maintenance is membership-based, Sultan Services does accommodate one- time services and specialty projects for both members and new clients, when availability allows. These services are scheduled separately and are not included in membership plans unless specifically outlined. Membership clients receive priority scheduling and preferred access.
