Every project starts with a site visit to evaluate the grade, drainage, sunlight, soil conditions, and what is already growing. That information shapes the design: which plants will work, where beds should go, how grading needs to change, and how the landscape connects to walkways, patios, or other structures on the property.

On many projects, Sultan Services provides 3D renderings so clients can see the full plan before any work starts. That makes it easier to adjust the layout, compare material options, and make decisions before the crew is on site. Once the plan is set, installation covers everything from site prep and grading to planting, mulching, edging, and cleanup.

Front yard curb appeal is one of the most common requests, especially for homeowners getting ready to sell, updating a dated landscape, or dealing with foundation planting that has overgrown or died off. Backyard projects are usually about creating usable space, whether that means a cleaner layout around a patio, better screening for privacy, or a full redesign after years of pieced together additions.

We also work on new construction landscaping where the yard is bare, full property renovations where the landscape is 15 to 20 years old and past its useful life, and commercial properties that need a cleaner, more professional exterior. The scope depends on the property, the budget, and what matters most to the client.

A lot of landscape work fails because there was no real plan behind it. Plants get placed without thinking about mature size, sun exposure, or how the bed relates to the rest of the property.
